  • Sam Creek

    VICAR

    Sam became the vicar of Mullum Mullum early in 2025 after serving in a variety of ministries in Melbourne. Sam studied at Ridley College, completing his Masters in 2019. Before training for ministry Sam studied and worked as an Engineer in a consultancy firm carrying out various jobs across Australia. Sam is passionate about healthy churches where people can grow to know Jesus better and share him with the world around them. Sam is married to Sarah and they have two kids in Luka and Sophie.

  • Sarah Creek

    Sarah joined the team in 2026 stepping onboard to help with youth and young adults. Sarah is passionate about seeing young people grow as disciples of Jesus. Having worked with young people through her previous church and with AFES she is eager to get stuck in. Outside of her role she’s kept busy by 2 little ones who bring many joys, and she enjoys getting out into the garden and growing record breaking pumpkins.

Parish Leadership

Anglican Churches elect members to serve in various offices every year at their Annual Meeting. The roles to be filled are for Wardens and Parish Council Members from which a Treasurer and Secretary are appointed. Wardens are entrusted with both practical stewardship (property, finances, governance) and pastoral responsibility (supporting clergy and ensuring the wellbeing of the parish community). While Parish Council Members share responsibility with the vicar and wardens for the governance, mission, and wellbeing of the parish. All details relating to Parish Governance can be found in the Parish Governance Act 2013.

There are various support roles that members of our Church serve in to enable the ministry to flourish through their gifts of administration and care.
